Membership Information
The Maryland Nurses Association Board of Directors and Leadership invite YOU to join Maryland's only multipurpose professional membership organization for Registered Nurses. Come and be a part of moving the profession of nursing forward and join the VOICE of nursing in Maryland. Joining is easy and the cost is less than a cup of coffee a day. A simple monthly electronic draw from your checking account will hardly be notice, but the benefits will be measurable, or you can elect to pay the entire annual fee all at once.
When you join the Maryland Nurses Association, you also have membership rights with the American Nurses Association and the Center for American Nurses.
Membership Pricing
There are currently 8 districts in MNA. Annual dues vary slightly because of the different district dues structures. Please check below for individual costs.
District 1 Allegany and Garrett Counties
District 2 Baltimore City, Baltimore, Howard and Carroll Counties
District 3 Anne Arundel County
District 4 Eastern Shore except Cecil County (see District 7)
District 5 Montgomery and Prince George's Counties
District 7 Harford and Cecil County
District 8 Frederick and Washington Counties
District 9 St. Mary's, Charles and Calvert Counties
All membership dues are apportioned to the American Nurses Association, the Maryland Nurses Association and an individual district. All membership category dues may be paid either annually or through monthly electronic dues payment plans (EDPP). A small service charge applies to the monthly electronic dues membership payment plan except annual membership paid in full at the time of application.
