Registered Nurse License

The Maryland Nurses Association is offering you the opportunity to have specialized RN License Plates for your car.  The plate, which has been authorized by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration, carries the Florence Nightingale lam and the acronymn RN.  To receive your plates, you will need to mail the following to the MNA office:

• Your full name as it appears on your RN License
• Your Maryland RN License Number or a copy of your RN License (you must be a Registered Nurse in order to obtain these specialized tags)
• A check or money order in the amount of $40 payable to Maryland Nurses Association

These materials should be mailed to MNA at:

21 Governor's Court, Suite 195

Baltimore, Maryland 21244-2721

Upon receipt of these materials you will receive a Motor Vehicle Administration application from the Maryland Nurses Association wich you will need to complete and return to our office.  We will then process your tags which will be mailed to you directly from the Motor Vechile Administration.
